Once we have your requirement, we'll create your personalized print and send you for proof. You can ask for changes if you are not satisfied with this proof. We'll send your ART for printing once you are happy with design. We sometimes send more than one samples so you can select which one you like most for printing.

Frames in picture are used for illustration purposes. If you purchase print only then frame is not included.

If you purchased customized print, we send digital copy for approval. Once approved we aim to ship your print within 1-2 business days 
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we'll refund you the purchase price with no questions asked. (unfortunately postage cost is non refundable) However if item is damaged during transit or for any other issue we'll send you new print free of cost.
