Printed with authentic high quality fade-resistant HP inks onto high quality Glossy photo card, all prints are  posted in a cardboard backed envelope with 'Please Do not Bend' label. 
How to order 
Created just for you! you supply the fine details and we'll do the rest.
Once you've placed order, following Information will be required: 
1- Specify Age / Anniversary (Number) for your word art Shape
2- Style (picture number) you would like for your art. Or just tell us color theme and multi-color fonts or fonts color that goes with scheme (By default we prepare your word art as shown in Main picture once Age information is provided.)
3- 10-30 words to create words cloud  (with feature words that shows more prominent)
Once we have your requirement, we'll create your personalized print and send you for proof. You can ask for changes if you are not satisfied with this proof. We'll send your ART for printing once you are happy with design. We sometimes send more than one samples so you can select which one you like most for printing.
Additional Information
1-  Frames in picture are used for illustration purposes. If you purchase print only then frame is not included.
2- Colours may vary on prints slightly in real life this is due to your monitor settings.
3- If we do not hear back your confirmation once PROOF is sent then we consider it accepted after two days of waiting. We then print and post your item so that it may not be delayed.

DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICIES
If you purchased customized print, we send digital copy for approval. Once approved we aim to ship your print within 1-2 business days 
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we'll refund you the purchase price with no questions asked. (unfortunately postage cost is non refundable) However if item is damaged during transit or for any other issue we'll send you new print free of cost.
